The 5 elements are different ways of manifesting matter and confirm that the universe is made of energy and intelligence!

In the practice of yoga we seek to balance the elements through postures (âsanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, relaxation, diet and lifestyle. The idea is to harmonize the elements at the level of body and mind, to achieve a state of balance and well-being.

In this retreat you will discover the characteristics of the five elements according to yoga and how you can use different techniques to rebalance them. We use the elements to understand the chakras (energy centers) and bandhas. Let's learn to cultivate the state of presence and full awareness of the present moment, which should happen not only when doing yoga, but in everything we do in life.
